  • Agency (Wakīl):Customers may appoint us as agent at trade start; exchange finalises after funds clear and code delivery.
  • Transparency:Key rules appear before you confirm a trade.
  • Refund Right:Cancel before code delivery for a full refund in the same currency.

For certification, we engage external Sharia advisors and review our flows periodically.
