These Terms govern your use of the website and the purchase of digital gift cards from Sakhaau MV / Satoshi MV (“we”, “us”). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Products

We distribute digital gift cards issued by third parties. Availability, denominations and regional restrictions may vary.

Sharia‑Compliant Transactions

All exchanges are structured to avoid interest and hidden debt. You appoint us as your agent at trade start; the exchange finalises when funds reach our bank and the code is delivered.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Payments may be in MVR or USD. We may refuse or cancel orders if compliance checks fail.

Delivery

Codes are delivered electronically after payment clears.

Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel before delivery for a full refund in the same currency. After delivery, refunds generally aren’t available except as required by Maldives law.

B2B

Reseller accounts require onboarding and separate terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Maldives law, our liability is limited to the order value.

Governing Law

Republic of Maldives. Exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
